About Our Cabin Crew
We are a family business and Manor Farm has been in the Clarke family for 3 generations. Within The Strawberry Cabin, we have a wonderful team of staff, otherwise known as the ‘Cabin Crew’ who pride themselves on delivering great customer service, with a real passion for locally produced, home-made food. Many of our regular customers have become friends and return every week for both the food and to receive service with a smile!
The kitchen is headed up by Simon Doveston who has a lot of experience working in various establishments locally and he is ably assisted by Beth Dingley who loves baking and producing delicious cakes and desserts!
